Header Shop

Hello Everyone! I have decided to open a header shop. If you wan’t a header for your website, just comment below with this form filled out. It is completely free. Waddle On!

  • Title of header (example “Blackshark39′s  Club Penguin Help” or “Blackshark39 and Friends”)

  • Dementions of the header (example 730 width by 180 length)

  • Colors for background and font (example Black and Red)

  •  Penguin outfit for your header(Body Clothes, Glasses/Eyewear, Footwear/Shoes, Hat/Headwear, Neck item) [Preferably a picture of your penguin would be nice]

  • Extra item you may want on your header (choose from: fireworks, bubbles, fire, stars, and leafs)
